Comfort Homes' motto is "Where Quality and Affordability Meet". We absolutely stand behind those words. We believe our dedication to quality, workmanship, and customer service is what has made our company such a success. We became incorporated in May 1994. The first family that moved into one of our homes was August of that year. To date, Comfort Homes has helped over 3,300 homebuyers to live the American dream.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Clayton, North Carolina. We are currently building new homes in Wake, Johnston, Harnett, Sampson, Onslow, Pender Counties and also the City of Raleigh. With one centrally located office, all aspects of quality control and accountability are easily maintained.

The President and Owner of Comfort Homes is Mr. Julian Stewart. Julian has been the president of the company since its inception. Julian was born and raised in Four Oaks, North Carolina. He is married and has raised two outstanding young men. Outside of being a residential contractor, he is an avid outdoorsman and farmer.
